在小学生社团活动中学生发展的主体性与教师的指导作用是分不开的,指导教师采取有效的指导策略,才能提高社团活动的实效性。从小学生社团活动的课题研究入手,在实践中探悉社团活动指导策略,以推动社团发展。
In the activities of primary school students, the subjectivity of students’ development is inseparable from the instructive role of teachers. Instructing teachers to adopt effective guidance strategies can improve the effectiveness of their activities. Starting from the research on the topic of the activities of schoolchildren, we can find out the guiding tactics of school activities in practice so as to promote the development of the society.
