The “recruitment and allocation of personnel” course is an important part of practical teaching of human resources and an important means of training applied talents. The use of case teaching method in the teaching of “personnel recruitment and allocation” course not only imparted knowledge, but also promoted the formation of students’ thinking quality and the development of practical skills.
