目的研究大鼠尾部悬吊模拟失重对脑学习记忆能力的影响。方法在方形水迷宫实验中测量对照组、对照束缚组、对照尾吊组、束缚组和尾吊组小鼠学习期和测试期中的正确分数、错误次数和通过率 ;在跳台实验中测量对照 (CON)组、尾吊 1 (TS 1 )组、尾吊 2 (TS 2 )组小鼠的潜伏期和错误时间。结果学习期各组动物的上述各指标均无显著性差异 ;测试期尾吊组的正确分数及通过率较学习期末明显降低 ;跳台实验结果 :与尾吊 5h时相比 ,尾吊后训练的鼠尾吊 2d时的潜伏期和错误时间无明显改变。训练后再尾吊的鼠尾吊 2d时潜伏期和错误时间明显缩短 ,7d时反而延长 ,提示尾吊 5h时小鼠学习能力下降 ,而记忆能力并未受到影响 ,7d时记忆能力下降。结论急性尾吊使小鼠学习能力、学习质量下降 ,尾吊 7d及 1 2d空间记忆能力降低。
Objective To study the effects of simulated weightlessness on the learning and memory abilities of rats after tail suspension. Methods The correct scores, the number of errors and the passage rates of mice in the control group, the control group, the control tail suspension group, the restraint group and the tail suspension group during the study period and the test period were measured in the square water maze test. CON) group, tail suspension 1 (TS 1) group, tail suspension 2 (TS 2) group mice latency and error time. Results During the study period, there was no significant difference in the above indexes among all groups of animals. The correct scores and passage rates of the tail suspension group during the test period were significantly lower than those at the end of the study period. Compared with the tail suspension at 5h, There was no significant change in latency and error time when rat tail hanging 2d. After training, the latency and error time of rats tail suspension hanging at 2d were significantly shortened and prolonged on the 7d, which suggested that the ability of learning ability decreased at 5h, but the memory ability was not affected and the memory ability decreased at 7d. Conclusion Acute tail suspension can decrease the learning ability and learning quality of mice, and decrease the spatial memory abilities of tail cortex on day 7 and day 12.
