目的:建立小儿清解颗粒清膏中连翘苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(24:76),检测波长为277nm,柱温为30℃,流速1.0m L·min-1。结果:连翘苷在0.7814~5.4696μg的范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9980),平均加样回收率为103.5%(N=6),RSD为1.2%。结论:该方法简单、准确、专属性强,作为小儿清解颗粒清膏中连翘苷的定量分析方法,为小儿清解颗粒的生产提供内控指标。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Forsythin in Xiaoqing Granule Cleansing Paste. Methods: Agilent C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (24:76). The detection wavelength was 277 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: Forsythin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.7814 ~ 5.4696μg (R = 0.9980). The average recoveries were 103.5% (N = 6) and RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific. As a quantitative method for the determination of forsythin in Xiaoyu Keli Granule Paste, it provides the internal control index for the production of Xiaoyu Granule.
