始建于1972年的湖南省大通湖糖厂经过20多年的风风雨雨,已成为三湘大地上蔗糖产业化的“龙头”企业。该厂拥有固定资产6000多万元,年产值1-1.2亿元,利税达1500多万元,各项经济技术指标居全省同行之首。该厂先后获得省先进企业,省、市双文明建设模范先进单位,省工业百强,全国食品行业质量效益型先进企业等殊荣。企业职工在厂长成庆云的带领下正昂首阔步地奔向二十一世纪。一、挖掘资源优势扩大生产规模大通湖糖厂立足资源优势,以制糖为龙头,在农发行的支持下,注重开展深层次配套加工,取得了显著的成效。80年代初,糖厂的决策者们就清醒地认识到,效益是有可比性的,生产规模制约企业效益。他们以企业家的敏锐才思和胆识,果断提出扩大生产,提高效益
After more than 20 years of ups and downs, the Datong Lake Sugar Factory in Hunan Province, which was founded in 1972, has become a leading enterprise in sugar cane industrialization in the Three Gorges. The plant has more than 60 million yuan in fixed assets, the annual output value of 1-1.2 billion yuan, profits and taxes of more than 1,500 million, the various economic and technical indicators ranking first in the province counterparts. The factory has won the provincial advanced enterprises, provincial and municipal double-civilization model advanced units, the provincial top 100 industry, the country’s food industry quality and efficiency of advanced enterprises and other awards. Under the leadership of the plant manager Cheng Qingyun, the company’s employees are heading for the 21st century. I. Exploiting Resource Advantages and Expanding Production Scale With the support of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, Datong Lake Sugar Factory, based on resource advantages and with the support of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, pays attention to the development of in-depth supporting processing and has achieved remarkable results. In the early 1980s, the decision makers of the sugar mills soberly realized that the benefits were comparable and that the scale of production was constraining the efficiency of the business.
