综合介绍了利用助剂分解钾长石的研究现状。通过热力学计算预测以碳酸钠、碳酸钾为助剂分解钾长石的分解反应温度在800~890℃之间。分解反应机理的分析表明:随着焙烧温度的升高,钾长石由单一的焙烧分解状态进入分解和烧结同时进行的状态。实验表明:钾长石矿的分解率达98%以上,以碳酸钠、碳酸钾为助剂在820~850℃即可使钾长石分解。
The research status of decomposing potash feldspar with additives was introduced synthetically. The thermodynamic calculation predicts that the decomposition reaction temperature of potassium feldspar with sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate as auxiliary agents is between 800 and 890 ℃. Decomposition reaction mechanism analysis shows that: with the calcination temperature increases, potassium feldspar from a roasting decomposition state into decomposition and sintering at the same time. Experiments show that the decomposition rate of potassium feldspar ore is above 98%, potassium carbonate can be decomposed at 820-850 ℃ with sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate as auxiliary.
