全球化生产与跨国资本的流动导致全球劳工权利保护受到严峻的挑战。与传统的国家立法和工会团结两种保护政策工具不同,社会认证依托消费者和媒体对品牌公司进行点名和羞辱,促使品牌公司和代工企业关注工人权利。社会认证模式经历了一个不断发展和演变的过程,本文对社会认证的起源和发展进行概括,并总结学术界和劳工实践界对社会认证监管模式的论争。
The flow of global production and transnational capital has resulted in severe challenges to the protection of labor rights worldwide. Different from traditional national legislation and trade union solidarity two kinds of protection policy tools, social certification relies on consumers and the media to name and insult the brand companies, prompting the brand companies and foundries concerned about the rights of workers. Social authentication mode has undergone a process of continuous development and evolution. This article summarizes the origin and development of social authentication, and summarizes the controversy over the regulatory mode of social authentication between academia and labor practice community.
