本文研究了SMC—R50的撞击破坏,以及撞击破坏所引起的材料强度和刚度的降低. 撞击破坏引起SMC-R50薄板的厚度发生变化,以厚度变化作为衡量破坏的尺度.将宽试件切成窄条试件,以便实验测定一个“点”的剩余模量和剩余强度,并建立厚度变化与相应的模量和强度之间的关系. 用有限元方法分析受撞击的50.8mm宽试件的应力.把破坏区简化成各向同性线弹性的非均匀体,根据各单元的平均厚度变化,确定其相应的材料常数.用SAPⅣ计算出单元的主应力.用最大拉应力强度理论判断随着载荷增加时,其中某些单元逐次破坏并得出该试件的破坏载荷.理论预报与实验结果,吻合良好.
