五年制高职学院的教师在教学和师生人际交往中应把握适度原则,遵循“真诚、接受、理解”的方法,从而建立和谐的师生关系,确保学生在校园环境中身心健康成长,在教学中积极配合教师,在职业发展中有所成就,达到五年制高职教育教学的目的。
Teachers in five-year vocational colleges should grasp the principle of moderation in teaching and in the interpersonal communication between teachers and students and follow the method of “sincerity, acceptance and understanding” so as to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students so as to ensure their physical and mental health in the campus environment Growth, actively cooperate with teachers in teaching, accomplishments in career development, and achieve the goal of five-year higher vocational education and teaching.
