前言 20吨慢动卷扬机是阜新矿山机械厂和阜新矿业学院共同设计,由阜新矿山机械厂制造的大型建筑卷扬机。它的投产为我国大型化工设备安装及军事工程需要提供了方便条件,经施工使用,证明整机性能达到了设计要求。但由于经验少,时间短,有些零部件的设计尚欠科学和实验根据。为了检验设计的合理性和使用的可靠性,我们对卷扬机整机性能进行了试验,特别是对卷扬机主要零件一卷筒的应力采用电阻应变仪和示波器进行了实测,本文仅仅介绍对卷筒内部应力的测试方法,并根据测试结果对卷筒壁厚的计算做些探讨。
Foreword The 20-ton slow-moving winch is a large-scale construction winch that is jointly designed by the Fuxin Mining Machinery Plant and the Fuxin Mining Academy. It is manufactured by the Fuxin Mining Machinery Plant. Its commissioning provides convenient conditions for the installation of large-scale chemical equipment and military engineering in China. After construction, it proves that the performance of the whole machine has reached the design requirements. However, due to lack of experience and short time, the design of some parts owes to scientific and experimental basis. In order to test the rationality of the design and the reliability of the use, we tested the performance of the whole winch, especially the stress of one drum of the main part of the winch using a strain gauge and oscilloscope. This article only introduces the inside of the drum. The stress test method, and based on the test results to do some discussion on the calculation of roll wall thickness.
