放射性元素的应用日益广泛。因放射性污染而造成的放射性核素进入体内并长期存在,是致癌的一个重要因素。使用螯合剂DTPA加速排出体内的放射性元素是临床上常用方法之一。但长期使用DTPA会造成体内所必需的二价金属离子的衰竭而影响人体正常代谢。同时DTPA对~(234)钍的促排效果也不理想。一类新的邻苯二酚类螯合剂LICAM系列用于促排放射性核素钚,动物实验效果较好,但未见促排~(234)钍的报道。
The application of radioactive elements is increasingly widespread. Radionuclides resulting from radioactive contamination enter the body and persist for a long time and are an important factor in carcinogenesis. The use of chelator DTPA to accelerate the excretion of radioactive elements in the body is one of the most common clinical methods. However, long-term use of DTPA will cause the body’s divalent metal ions required for failure and affect the body’s normal metabolism. At the same time DTPA ~ (234) thorium effect of promoting emission is not satisfactory. A new class of catechol chelator LICAM series is used to promote the emission of radioactive nuclide plutonium. Animal experiments have shown good results. However, there is no report on the emission of ~ (234) thorium.
