已往的工作证实,红核(NR)参与感觉的调制。电刺激NR可抑制脊髓背角和三叉神经脊束核神经元的电活动并可加强电针镇痛。而电刺激蓝斑核(LC)可对抗电针镇痛,因此研究NR对LC细胞放电的影响对阐明NR感觉调制作用的机制无疑是有意义的。
Past work has confirmed that the red nucleus (NR) participates in the modulation of sensations. Electrical stimulation of NR can inhibit spinal cord dorsal horn and trigeminal nucleus neurons in electrical activity and can enhance the electroacupuncture analgesia. However, electrical stimulation of locus coeruleus (LC) can counteract electroacupuncture analgesia. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the effect of NR on the discharge of LC cells to clarify the mechanism of NR sensory modulation.
