通过调查红蓝LED光源下生菜的光能利用效率(LUE)和电能利用效率(EUE),以期确定人工光栽培环境下红蓝LED的优化光强参数。本试验LED光源的红蓝光配比设定为1∶1,光强分别为200、300和400μmol/(m2·s)的3个处理(分别以L200、L300和L400表示),生菜定植38d后收获。结果表明:1)定植至收获期间,对每次间苗所收获生菜的干重以及定植38d后收获生菜的干重进行累计计算,处理L300下生菜的EUE最大,为0.948%,较处理L200和L400下生菜的EUE分别高5.22%和46.6%;处理L200下生菜的LUE最大,为4.17%,较处理L300和L400下生菜的LUE分别高12.0%和59.3%。2)定植38d后处理L300下生菜地上部分的鲜干重最大,平均值分别为41.3和2.58g,较处理L200和L400下地上部分鲜重分别高23.5%和25.2%;地上部分干重分别高28.4%和12.8%。3)处理L300与处理L200相比,定植38d后前者叶片的可溶性糖含量较高,硝酸盐含量较低;但与处理L400之间无显著性差异。综合考虑光能、电能利用效率及干重累积量,推荐300μmol/(m2·s)作为红蓝LED组合光源下生菜生长较优的光照强度。
The light efficiency (LUE) and energy use efficiency (EUE) of lettuce under red and blue LED light sources were investigated to determine the optimum light intensity parameters of red and blue LEDs under artificial light cultivation. The red and blue light intensity ratio of the LED light source was set as 1: 1, the light intensity was 200, 300 and 400μmol / (m2 · s) respectively (L200, L300 and L400 respectively) reward. The results showed as follows: 1) During the period from planting to harvesting, the dry weight of lettuce harvested per plant and the dry weight of lettuce harvested after 38 days of planting were calculated. The maximum EUE of lettuce under L300 was 0.948%, which was higher than that of L200 and L400 The LUE of lower lettuce was 5.22% and 46.6% higher than that of the lower lettuce respectively. The LUE of the lettuce under L200 was 4.17%, which was 12.0% and 59.3% higher than that of the LUE and L400 respectively. 2) The dry weight of the upper part of the lettuce was the highest at the treatments of L300 for 38 days, with average values of 41.3 and 2.58g respectively, which were 23.5% and 25.2% higher than the fresh weight of the aboveground parts of L200 and L400, respectively. 28.4% and 12.8%. 3) Compared with the treatment of L200, L300 had a higher soluble sugar content and lower nitrate content in the leaves of the former after 38 days of colonization, but no significant difference with L400. Considering the light energy, electric energy utilization efficiency and cumulative dry weight, 300μmol / (m2 · s) is recommended as the optimum light intensity for lettuce growth under the combination of red and blue LED light sources.
