回弹是板材成形中不可避免的现象 ,在多点成形中 ,采用反复成形方法可以显著地减小回弹。本文探讨了反复成形法减小回弹的机理 ,并通过几种典型试件的反复成形实验 ,研究了反复成形次数对减小试件回弹的作用以及板材厚度对反复成形效果的影响。
Springback is an unavoidable phenomenon in sheet metal forming. In multi-point forming, the method of repeated forming can significantly reduce the springback. In this paper, the mechanism of repeated forming to reduce springback is discussed. The effect of repeated forming times on reducing the springback of the specimen and the effect of sheet thickness on the repeated forming effect are studied by repeated forming experiments of several typical specimens.
