本文应用抗ＡＤＶ－ＲＳＶ－ｉＲＮＡ治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎２６例，治疗后患儿外周血ＮＫ细胞活性比治疗前明显提高，与对照组比较差异有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示抗病毒ｉＲＮＡ可通过增强患儿外周血ＮＫ细胞活性，达到治疗病毒性肺炎的目的。
In this paper, 26 cases of infantile viral pneumonia were treated with anti-ADV-RSV-iRNA. After treatment, NK cell activity in peripheral blood was significantly increased compared with that before treatment. The difference was significant compared with the control group (P <0.01). Tip anti-viral iRNA can enhance peripheral NK cell activity in children, to achieve the purpose of treatment of viral pneumonia.
