领导干部能力培训是一个系统工程,干部院校应根据客观环境的变化,树立与时俱进的现代培训理念,设计并构建与能力培训相适应的课程体系、方法体系及评价机制,形成一个从局部到整体的多层次全方位核心能力培训的办学体系。
The training of leading cadres’ ability is a systematic project.
