本文研究了绿茶、咖啡和红茶对黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)诱发大鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变(CA)的抑制作用及咖啡因、抗坏血酸和单宁的抑制作用。文中还研究了从绿茶中提取的单宁混合物(GTTM),以探讨绿茶某一组分是否有抗诱变活性,及单宁酸和鞣花酸的抗诱变作用。作者从400g绿茶中提取出30g单宁混合物(GTTM)。经测定证明有棓儿茶酸、表桔儿茶酚、表儿茶酸、棓酸表棓儿茶酯和棓酸表儿茶酯等组分。绿茶、红茶和咖啡三者提取物(GTE、BTE、CFE)的制备:取10g绿茶在100ml热水中煮沸10分钟,用纱布过滤,使体
In this paper, the inhibitory effect of green tea, coffee and black tea on the chromosome aberration (CA) induced by aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) in rat bone marrow cells and the inhibition of caffeine, ascorbic acid and tannin were studied. In this paper, the tannin mixture (GTTM) extracted from green tea was also investigated in order to investigate whether one component of green tea has anti-mutagenic activity and the anti-mutagenic effect of tannic acid and ellagic acid.
