目的:探讨人胎儿和新生儿小脑皮质发育的变化规律。方法:应用体视学方法对30例6~10月龄胎儿及6例新生儿小脑皮质分子层细胞、内颗粒层细胞密度、尺寸和分布参数进行观测。结果:小脑皮质分子层细胞的平均体积、平均自由程均逐龄增大,体密度、数密度、表面积密度、核体密度则逐龄减小,但足月胎儿和新生儿期相对恒定;内颗粒层细胞的体密度、数密度、表面积密度、平均体积逐龄增大,核体密度和平均自由程均逐龄减小,7~8月期间变化较明显。结论:胎儿小脑皮质分子层细胞的迁移、增值和分化在出生前、后基本完成,颗粒层细胞出生后仍持续,小脑皮质的发育在7~8月期间是重要时期。
Objective: To investigate the changes of cerebellar cortex development in human fetus and newborn. Methods: The stereoscopic cell density, size and distribution parameters of 30 layers of 6 ~ 10 months fetuses and 6 neonates with cerebellar cortex were observed by stereological methods. Results: The average volume and mean free path of cells in the cerebellar cortex increased gradually with age, while the body density, number density, surface area density and nucleus density decreased gradually, but the full-term fetus and neonatal period were relatively constant. The density of granular layer cells, number density, surface area density and average volume increased gradually, and the density and mean free path of nucleus decreased with age. The changes were obvious from July to August. CONCLUSION: Migration, proliferation and differentiation of fetal cerebellar lamina propria cells are basically completed before and after birth. Granulose cells persist after birth, and the development of cerebellar cortex is an important period from July to August.
