桃属植物随机扩增多态性DNA技术在桃品种分类学上的应用

以 34个桃品种为试验材料利用 2 3个随机引物进行桃属植物随机扩增多态性DNA分析结果共获得了 1 2 2条多态性DNA带 .通过聚类分析可把 34个桃品种划分为三个品种群 .第一个品种群包括所有的油桃及Shuangtao ,Fireprince等品种 ;与Hakuto有亲缘关系的 1 8个品种归属第二个品种群 ;而北方系品种Kanto5,Myojo ,Changhowenhwangdo及Saotome等品种被划分为第三个品种群 .本研究利用RAPD技术能够把 34个桃品种分成黄肉系、白肉系及油桃系 .从本研究的结果可以看出利用RAPD技术的分类方法比以往的任何分类方法更准确 ,尤其对长期进行自花受粉 ,遗传多样性程度比较低的作物更能进行精确的分类 A total of 122 polymorphic DNA bands were obtained from random amplified polymorphic DNA (PCA) of 34 peach cultivars using 23 random primers and 34 random amplified polymorphic DNA The first breed consisted of all nectarines and varieties such as Shuangtao and Fireprince, and the second breed associated with Hakuto, while the northern breed Kanto5, Myojo, Changhowenhwangdo And Saotome were divided into the third breed.In this study, 34 peach cultivars could be divided into yellow meat line, white meat line and nectarine by using RAPD technique.The results of this study showed that the classification method using RAPD More accurate than any of the previous taxonomies, especially for long-term self-pollination crops with a lower degree of genetic diversity
