对低碳铝镇静钢和中碳钢板坯连铸进行了减小振幅、提高振动频率的试验研究 ,研究结果表明 ,提高振频、降低振幅可以显著减少中碳钢铸坯“钩状”表面振痕。研究中还发现将振幅由 3 .5 mm减少到 2 .9m m ,将振频提高到 12 0~ 140 m in- 1 后 ,铸坯表层大型夹杂物 ( >5 0μm)含量减少了 42 %~ 77%。
The experimental research on reducing the amplitude and increasing the vibration frequency of low carbon aluminum killed steel and medium carbon steel slab continuous casting has been carried out. The results show that increasing the vibration frequency and decreasing the amplitude can significantly reduce the “hook” surface vibration mark. The study also found that by reducing the amplitude from 3.5 mm to 2.9 mm and increasing the vibration frequency to 12 0-140 μm-1, the content of large inclusions (> 50 μm) in the surface of slab decreased by 42% 77%.
