目的观察抗血栓药材醇提物的活血化淤作用。方法采用小鼠脑偏瘫、血小板聚集、玻璃毛细管法、高脂血症模型、急性血淤证模型等试验方法,测定药物对小鼠脑血栓的保护率、血小板聚集的电阻率、凝血时间、血脂水平及对血液黏度的影响。结果柿子叶、桂莪术、黄杞叶、榕树须、甜茶藤等对小鼠脑血栓模型有一定保护作用;黄皮叶、首乌藤、黄杞叶、甜茶藤等对血小板聚集有一定抑制作用;首乌藤、桂皮油、柿子叶、黄皮叶、黄杞叶、榕树须等具有抗凝作用;柿子叶、黄皮叶、黄杞叶、榕树须、甜茶藤等具有降脂作用;首乌藤、榕树须等可改善急性血淤证大鼠血液流变学指标。结论初筛结果为开发利用抗血栓药材提供了科学依据。
Objective To observe the effect of promoting blood circulation and dehydration of alcohol extracts of antithrombotic drugs. Conclusion The preliminary screening results provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of antithrombotic herbs.
