播种技术是苜蓿建植能否成功的关键措施。试验选用中苜1号、草原3号、新疆大叶、金黄后四个品种为试验材料,采用L16(44)的正交设计处理,对品种、播量、行距、播种深度以及留茬高度诸因子,利用SPSS17.0软件的One-WayANOVA程序进行单因素方差分析和多重比较,以及GLM程序进行两因子方差分析和交互作用研究。结果表明:中苜1号和草原3号苜蓿适宜本地区推广,并且播种量15~25kg/hm2,播种行距20~30cm,播种深度小于4cm为宜,留茬以5cm为宜。
Seeding technology is the key to the success of alfalfa planting. The experiment selected four varieties of Zhongmu 1, Prairie 3, Xinjiang big leaf and golden yellow as the experimental materials. The orthogonal design of L16 (44) was used to test the varieties, sowing, row spacing, sowing depth and stubble height Factor, One-Way ANOVA program using SPSS17.0 software for one-way ANOVA and multiple comparisons, and GLM program for two-way ANOVA and interaction studies. The results showed that the alfalfa of Zhongmu 1 and No. 3 were suitable for popularization in this area, and the sowing rate was 15 ~ 25kg / hm2.
