设计复杂机构,涉及的载荷种类往往很多,为达成设计目的,每一载荷的敏感性均应进行分析,并完成作用力等效综合。载荷敏感性分析目的是找出机构中对实现功能会造成较大影响的载荷因素,通过作用力等效综合,回答系统在全工作包线内能否满足设计需求,以保证机构功能顺利实现。以某型飞机前起落架机构设计为例,对其运动过程中的各种载荷进行了敏感性分析,再现了实际工作中出现的问题,并提出解决方案,体现了载荷敏感性分析在复杂机构设计中的应用和重要性。
Designing complex mechanisms involves many types of loads, and the sensitivity of each load should be analyzed and the force-equivalent integrated to achieve design goals. The purpose of load sensitivity analysis is to find out the load factors in the organization which have a great impact on the realization of functions. Through the equivalent synthesis of the forces, the system can answer the design requirements within the whole work envelope so as to ensure the smooth realization of the organization functions.
