目的:对超声引导联合电刺激定位和单独使用超声定位引导注射A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)治疗脑损伤后下肢痉挛的患者步行能力进行观察。方法选择30例患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各15例,在注射治疗前和治疗后2w对患者治疗结果进行评估。结果观察组与治疗组在治疗后MAS的得分较治疗前显著降低,10m步行速度和FAC得分较治疗前显著升高(<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后MAS的得分下降趋势和10m步行速度与FAC的得分升高趋势更明显(<0.05)。结论超声引导联合电刺激引导BTX-A注射对脑损伤后患者改善步行能力效果显著,且定位更精确。“,”Objective To observe the walking ability ef ect of ultrasound guidance combined with electrical stimulation and individual y use of ultrasound guided injection of type A botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) in the treatment of brain injury accompanied by lower limb spasticity patients. Methods 30 cases patients were randomized into observation group and control group 15 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with ultrasound guided injection and before treatment t and 2 weeks after treatment to evaluated the treatment ef ect of patients. Results Observation group and treatment group in MAS score after treatment compared with those before treatment significantly reduced, 10 meters walking speed and FAC score significantly higher than those before treatment ( <0.05);and compared with the control group, the scores of MAS downward trend and 10 meters walking speed and FAC scores increased more significantly ( <0.05) in observe group. Conclusion The ef ect of BTX-A injection on improving walking ability after brain injury is remarkable and the location is more accurate in patients with brain injury after ultrasound guided combined electric stimulation.
