目的:探索我国不同胎龄胎儿坐高孕周均值时间段增长趋势及性别差异规律。方法:根据1986年中国15城市不同胎龄新生儿调查数据和刘惠龙等2005年深圳市不同胎龄初生儿调查数据进行综合分析比较。结果:在孕28～30周胎龄段,2005年深圳市初生儿坐高孕周均值低于1986年中国15城市新生儿坐高孕周均值,平均每个孕周均值减少0.2 cm;在孕31～44周胎龄段,深圳市初生儿坐高孕周均值高于1986年中国15城市,平均每个孕周均值增加0.5 cm,t检验,P<0.01、P<0.05占大多数。2005年深圳市不同性别不同胎龄初生儿坐高孕周均值比较:在17个孕周分组中,除孕30、32、33、43周男低于女、孕31周男女均值相同外,其余的12个孕周都是男高于女,平均每个孕周男比女增加0.5 cm,经t检验,P<0.01、P<0.05占多数。结论:在孕31～44周胎龄段,2005年深圳市不同胎龄初生儿(男+女)坐高孕周均值比1986年中国15城市初生儿坐高孕周均值有显著的提高。我国不同胎龄胎儿坐高孕周均值存在明显的时间段(1986～2005年)增长趋势规律。我国不同胎龄胎儿坐高孕周均值存在明显男高女低的性别差异规律。
Objective: To explore the growth trend and gender differences of gestational age at gestational age in different gestational age fetuses in China. Methods: According to the survey data of 15 different gestational age newborns in 15 cities of China in 1986 and the survey data of newborns with different gestational ages in Shenzhen in 2005 such as Liu Huilong, etc., a comprehensive analysis was made. Results: At gestational age of 28-30 weeks, the average height of gestational age at first birth in Shenzhen in 2005 was lower than the mean gestational age of newborns in 15 cities in China in 1986, with an average reduction of 0.2 cm per gestation week. From 31 to 44 gestational age, mean gestational age at first trimester in Shenzhen was higher than that in 15 cities in China in 1986, with a mean of 0.5 cm per gestational week increased by t test (P <0.01, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The average gestation gestational age at gestational age of 31-44 gestational age in Shenzhen in 2005 was significantly higher than that of gestational age at first gestational age in 15 cities in China in 1986. The average gestational age of fetuses with different gestational age in China has a clear trend of growth (1986 ~ 2005). Different gestational age fetus in our country with gestational age mean significant differences in gender differences in male and female.
