目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化检测70例NSCLC和11例正常肺组织中OPN和MMP-2的表达,并分析OPN和MMP-2的表达与NSCLC临床病理特征及患者生存时间之间的关系。结果OPN和MMP-2在NSCLC中表达阳性率分别为64.29%和52.86%,在正常肺组织中表达阳性率分别为27.27%和18.18%。NSCLC中OPN和MMP-2表达显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。OPN和MMP-2的表达率与患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期有密切关系;OPN表达还与患者组织学类型有关(P<0.05)。OPN和MMP-2为负性预后因子;OPN和MMP-2呈正相关。结论 OPN和MMP-2在NSCLC中高表达,OPN和MMP-2阳性表达提示预后不良。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin (OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in 70 cases of NSCLC and 11 cases of normal lung tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of OPN and MMP-2 and clinicopathological features and survival time of NSCLC were analyzed. Results The positive rates of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC were 64.29% and 52.86%, respectively. The positive rates of OPN and MMP-2 in normal lung tissues were 27.27% and 18.18% respectively. The expression of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal tissue (P <0.05). The expression rates of OPN and MMP-2 were closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in patients. The expression of OPN was also correlated with histological types (P <0.05). OPN and MMP-2 were negative prognostic factors; OPN and MMP-2 were positively correlated. Conclusions OPN and MMP-2 are highly expressed in NSCLC. The positive expression of OPN and MMP-2 suggests poor prognosis.
