针对农村水井在水利改革中资产评估、水价核定这两个突出问题 ,进行了典型工程的评估与测算。从数据收集、综合测算 ,确定出机井收费的标准、单井理论收费价、自然村的综合水价 ,使农民的水电费负担公平合理化 In order to address the two outstanding issues of rural wells’ asset evaluation and water price verification in the water conservancy reform, typical projects were evaluated and measured. From the data collection and comprehensive calculation, the standards for the wells’ fees, the single well theoretical charging price, and the comprehensive water price for the natural villages were determined, so that the farmers’ water and electricity costs were fairly rationalized.
