本文运用CdNOR 银染技术,对123 例正常人D、G 组染色体小Cd、“CdNOR”融合作了分析,结合发现:1 ,D、G组染色体出现小Cd 的频率显著高于其理论预期值;2-G 组染色体“CdNOR 融合”频率明显高于其理论预期值;3-D、G 组小Cd 和CdNOR融合频率在男女之间没有明显差异。本文还对D、G 组近端着丝粒染色体易于不分离的原因进行了探讨,提出了新的解释。
In this paper, we analyzed the fusion of small Cd and “CdNOR” chromosomes in 123 normal D and G chromosomes using Cd NOR staining and found that the frequency of small Cd in chromosomes 1 and D and G was significantly higher The frequency of “CdNOR fusion” in 2-G group was significantly higher than its theoretical value. There was no significant difference in the frequency of small Cd and CdNOR fusion in 3-D and G groups between men and women.
