园林景区是我国景区的重要组成部分。要实现经营上的可持续发展,服务创新是一个很好的途径。本文从体验经济的四个体验维度出发,以随机访问的方式,初步探索了游客到园林景区的目的。以广州番禺宝墨园为例子,剖析其基于这四个维度的服务创新方法及其取得的成效。在对宝墨园服务创新的探究的基础上,根据园林景区的特点以及相关理论对园林景区的服务创新提出一些建议。
Garden area is an important part of our scenic area. To achieve operational sustainability, service innovation is a good way. Based on the four experiential dimensions of experiential economy, this paper explores the purpose of visitors to the scenic spots by means of random access. Taking Panyu Park in Guangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the service innovation methods and the achievements made based on these four dimensions. Based on the exploration of service innovation of Baoyu Garden, some suggestions are put forward for the service innovation of landscape area according to the characteristics of the parkland and related theories.
