对于企业而言,人力资源管理为管理中的最基础工作,其管理质量的高低决定了整个企业的发展水平和成长速度。企业文化作为人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,企业文化在人力资源管理中起到的重要作用也是可想而知的。企业文化激励着员工的工作热情,培养员工的凝聚力,在企业发展中起着重要的作用。但是,在我国大多数企业中,企业文化的建设并不全面,仍然留有巨大的发展空间,因此,企业管理人员不光要考虑人力资源管理,同时也要考虑企业文化建设。本文针对企业文化在人力资源管理中的重要性进行分析,希望可以帮助更多的企业认识到企业文化在人力资源管理中的重要意义。
For enterprises, human resources management is the most basic management work, the quality of its management determines the level of development of the entire enterprise and growth rate. Corporate culture as an important part of human resource management, corporate culture plays an important role in human resources management is also conceivable. Corporate culture motivates staff enthusiasm for work, training staff cohesion, plays an important role in the development of enterprises.
