针对中央空调制冷站,详细介绍并分析了几种制冷站控制方法,包括变水温控制方法、冷冻水变流量控制技术、冷水机组群控策略、冷冻站变流量及变水温综合节能优化控制策略。通过对这几种控制方法的分析可以看出,采用基于负荷预测的冷冻水流量动态控制策略可以使得冷冻水系统始终处于最佳的冷量供应状态,并节省冷冻水泵的能耗。采用冷冻站变流量、变水温综合节能优化控制策略,综合考虑制冷机的能耗与冷冻水泵的能耗,将二者的运行功率之和最小作为优化性能指标。同时对冷冻水泵的频率和制冷机的冷冻水出水温度进行优化控制,可以在保证末端负荷冷量需求的同时,大大地降低制冷站的功率损耗,达到制冷站节能优化运行的目的。
Aiming at the central air conditioning and refrigeration station, several control methods of the refrigeration station are introduced and analyzed in detail, including variable water temperature control method, chilled water variable flow control technology, chiller control strategy, variable flow rate of freezing station and comprehensive energy saving optimization control strategy. Through the analysis of these control methods, it can be seen that using the dynamic control strategy of chilled water flow based on load forecasting can make the chilled water system always be in the best cold supply state and save the energy consumption of the chilled water pump. Adopting the variable flow and variable water temperature control strategy, the energy consumption of the chiller and the energy consumption of the chilled water pump are taken into consideration. The minimum of the sum of the operating power of the two is taken as the optimal performance index. At the same time, the optimal control of the frequency of the chilled water pump and the chilled water temperature of the chiller can greatly reduce the power consumption of the chiller plant and ensure the optimal operation of the chiller plant.
