主要对种子注入的单纵模BBO光学参量振荡器进行了实验和理论研究。利用多纵模的He-Ne激光器为种子注入源,在选择了合适的光学参量振荡器(OPO)谐振腔和锁定技术后,成功地获得了单纵模光学参量振荡。种子注入功率小于1mW,线宽小于600MHz。
Mainly on seed injection single longitudinal mode BBO optical parametric oscillator experiments and theoretical research. A multi-longitudinal mode He-Ne laser was used as the seed injection source. After choosing the appropriate optical parametric oscillator (OPO) resonator and locking technology, single longitudinal mode optical parametric oscillation was successfully obtained. Seed injection power is less than 1mW, line width less than 600MHz.
