根据含钛高炉渣的结构和组分的化学性质特点,采用低温盐酸硫酸混合酸浸法将高炉渣中的钛组分富集于滤渣中,钙、铝、镁、铁等酸溶性组分富集于滤液中,研究了混合酸浓度、盐酸/硫酸配比、反应温度等对组分分离效果的影响.结果表明,采用混合酸浓度为6mol/L、盐酸与硫酸体积比为3:1的混合酸、酸渣质量比为1.2:1条件下,混合酸与含钛高炉渣在80℃反应5h后,滤渣中TiO2含量可达30%以上.
