针对铝/钢、钛/钢爆炸焊接生产中,当复层厚度小于1mm时,经常出现复层表面烧伤和撕裂问题进行了分析,通过在铝板、钛板上加放与复材同种材质的金属板来吸收多余炸药能量,以达到实际生产中使用超过炸药极限药高的目的,并进行了实验验证。结果证明,用该方法可以有效解决复层表面烧伤和复层撕裂问题,并得到优良的爆炸焊接结合界面。
