The main idea of this article is to address the “cultural context” of translation and to explore the implications, functions, features, and derivations of cultural information as it is translated Through the principle of choice and limitation, it is necessary to make up for the gap between the unequal source and target language information. Through Pustejovsky’s (1995) “Generative Lexicon Theory”, this article will focus on examples in the text to explore the meaning of words in the context of the “attribute structure” (“ qualia structure ”, how to get“ recoverable ”formally or functionally through the methods of displacement, diversion, addition, reorganization and adjustment, Make up or adjust. The discussion of this topic enables the cultural information originally in silent language to reveal the information connotation and role of cultural context through the research on the translation of word information and to generalize the translation of source language into target language information.
