目的:探讨TLT-plus液基细胞学检测系统在妇科普查中的价值。方法:分析该院2006年12月~2009年6月11 030例宫颈液基细胞学检查结果,所有病例均采用宁波美生医疗器材有限公司的液基细胞学产品(TLT-plus液基细胞学检测系统)制片,用TBS系统报告方式。对其中711例阳性病人进行组织学活检,对比分析宫颈细胞学和组织学检查结果。结果:11 030例液基细胞学检查结果中无明确诊断意义的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)以上病例为757例,阳性检出率为6.86%。在711例细胞学阳性和组织学活检结果的对比中,165例低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)中湿疣和宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINI)为96例,符合率58.18%,过诊断(炎症)43例,占26.06%,低诊断(CINII和CINIII)26例,占15.76%。49例高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)中CINII、CINIII共25例,符合率为51.02%,过诊断23例,占45.10%(炎症3例,湿疣2例,CINI 18例),低诊断仅1例(鳞癌)。ASC-US、高级别非典型鳞状细胞(ASC-H)、非典型腺细胞无其他特殊意义(AGC-NOS)共497例,其中检出湿疣和CIN 114例,检出率为22.94%。结论:TLT-plus液基细胞学检测系统是一种有效的宫颈癌前病变筛查方法,TLT-plus液基细胞学检测系统对宫颈癌前病变的检查存在假阴性和假阳性,对细胞学检查异常的病例应活检进一步确认。
Objective: To investigate the value of TLT-plus liquid-based cytology detection system in gynecological survey. Methods: The results of 1130 cervical cytology tests from December 2006 to June 2009 were analyzed.
