牙齿硬组织病理性磨耗,以及牙齿缺失伴有咬合降低时,矫形治疗都需合升高咬合;有些病例能改善美容和功能效果,但有时病人对矫治器和义齿不能很快适应。作者用24只狗进行实验,研究后牙咬合升高对下颌神经组织结构的影响。在狗的(?)牙齿上固定金属冠升高咬合,使前牙形成开(牙合)5~6mm,造成固定金属冠的牙和对(牙合)牙功能性负荷过重;经过1、3、7、14、20、30和60天以后杀死动物,在(?)水平切取通过下颌管的下颌神经约长12~15mm,进行组织形态学检查。同时用3只狗作对照组。
