对湘钢高炉锌负荷与平衡作了计算和分析,并对结瘤瘤体进行了取样研究,结果表明:湘钢3BF、4BF的锌负荷平均值分别是0.716 7 kg/t和0.733 2 kg/t,其中烧结矿是锌负荷的主要来源;3BF、4BF锌平衡量的平均值分别为0.512 0 kg/t和0.422 2 kg/t,高炉产物排锌效果较差,其中3BF锌的支出以铁水、高炉渣和瓦斯灰为主,而4BF主要依靠铁水;瘤体的化学成分分析结果中,锌的质量分数在8.88%~58.72%之间,是瘤体的主要成分,锌是结瘤的主要原因。
The load and balance of zinc in blast furnace of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. were calculated and analyzed. The sampling of the nodule body was carried out. The results show that the average zinc load of 3BF and 4BF in Xiangtan Steel is 0.716 7 kg / t and 0.733 2 kg / t, of which sinter is the main source of zinc load.
