目的:探讨后房人工晶体缝线固定植入技术的改进,以提高手术的安全性及成功率。方法:技术改进包括:颞上方>100度,以穹隆为基底的大结膜瓣;穿刺点选择8及2点(右眼)或10及4点(左眼);用进口聚丙烯缝线所带直针及铲针,从角膜缘切口(注:切口约6毫米偏颞侧)两端进入眼内,向8及2点预做之板层三角巩膜瓣下穿刺出针。结果:改进后的术式操作规范、便利,穿刺点容易掌握,组织损伤小,并发症少,手术效果好。是无晶体后囊支持的无晶体眼植入后房人工晶体安全有效的手术方法。
Objective: To explore the improvement of suture fixation for posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in order to improve the safety and success rate of operation. Methods: Technical improvements include: superior temporal lobe greater than 100 degrees with large dome-shaped conjunctival flaps; puncture points selected 8 and 2 (right eye) or 10 and 4 (left eye); with imported polypropylene suture Needle and shovel needle, from the limbus incision (Note: about 6 mm incision side temporal side) into the eye, to 8 and 2 pre-made lamellar triangular scleral flap puncture needle.
