目的:探讨后牙弯曲根管治疗与塑化治疗在磨牙根尖周炎中的疗效对比。方法:选择我院口腔科自2012年3月～2013年3月收治的磨牙根尖周炎中后牙弯曲根管患者100例,随机分成根管组和塑化组,每组50例。治疗以后对两组进行为期2年的随访,比较两组治疗方法的预后情况。结果:根管治疗组的治疗成功率为94%,塑化组的治疗成功率为80%,两组比较P<0.05,统计学差异显著;根管治疗预后要好于塑化治疗,随访到的患者中仅有3例出现自发痛,塑化组随访患者中出现了22例自发痛。结论:对于弯曲根管的治疗,根管治疗疗效较塑化治疗要好,而且自发痛的情况出现较少,操作简单,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of curved root canal treatment and plasticization in molars apical periodontitis. Methods: A total of 100 patients with post-molar root canal endodontic bending root canal from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into root canal group and plasticine group, 50 cases in each group. After treatment, the two groups were followed up for 2 years. The prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results: The success rate of root canal treatment was 94%, and the success rate of plasticization was 80%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The prognosis of endodontic treatment was better than that of plastic surgery, followed up Only 3 of the patients developed spontaneous pain, and spontaneous pain developed in 22 patients in the plasticized group. Conclusion: For the treatment of curved root canal, the curative effect of root canal is better than that of plastic surgery, and there are few cases of spontaneous pain. The operation is simple and worthy of clinical promotion.
