武汉市水务集团为掌握集团所属10座水厂的现行生产工艺状况,提高集团公司自来水生产管理水平,在宗关水厂进行了执行0.1 NTU出水浊度的可行性研究。分别对2006年宗关水厂改造后净水构筑物的工艺状况、参数等进行测定,并对7~#净化系统实施了两次执行0.1 NTU出水浊度的试运行,通过调整运行周期、加大投矾量等措施,实现了7#净化系统滤后水达到0.1NTU浊度要求。同时,在此次研究中也发现宗关水厂在工艺、设备等方面存在一些问题,这对实施0.1 NTU出水浊度构成不利影响,并将在进一步的研究中加以分析解决,为全面实现0.1 NTU浊度的供水奠定基础。
Wuhan Water Group grasps the current production technology status of 10 water plants owned by the Group and improves the tap water production and management level of the Group. The feasibility study of implementing 0.1 NTU water turbidity at Zonguan Water Plant was conducted. The technological conditions and parameters of water purifying structures after the reconstruction of Zongguan Waterworks were respectively measured in 2006 and the trial run of 0.1 NTU water turbidity was carried out twice on 7 ~ # purification systems. By adjusting the operation cycle and increasing the operating cycle, Cast alum amount of measures such as the realization of the 7 # purification system filtered water to achieve 0.1NTU turbidity requirements. In the meantime, in this research, we found that Zonguan Waterworks has some problems in terms of technology and equipment, which will adversely affect the turbidity of 0.1 NTU water and will be analyzed and solved in further research. In order to fully realize 0.1 NTU turbidity water supply laid the foundation.
