响应十八届六中全会“从严治党”的号召,民族地区基层党建工作坚持以政治引领为核心,党员干部的人才资源开发是以配合基层治理的新格局。民族地区党员干部的选拔与任用也是做好民族地区工作的重要纽带。本文试从基层党建工作的人才资源开发浅谈对民族地区党员干部的“从严治党”。
In response to the call of the 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee for “Strict Governance of the Party,” grassroots party building in ethnic minority areas adheres to the principle of political leadership, and the development of qualified personnel resources for Party members and cadres is in line with the new pattern of grassroots governance. The election and appointment of party members and cadres in ethnic areas is also an important link in doing a good job in the ethnic areas. This article tries to discuss the “strict management of party members” of party members and cadres in minority areas through the exploration of human resources in grassroots party building work.
