世博会给上海带来了巨大的客流,对于交通、零售、住宿等服务行业来说,也带来了考验,提高工作效率,保证顾客满意,都是服务行业“世博年”工作的重中之重。世博之前,很多企业开展了全面的改进。上海机场有限公司航空服务分公司客运部的“提高国际航班手工办票效率”案例,就是该公司的员工从岗位出发,提高工作效率开展的QC活动之一。该成果在今年上海市QC擂台赛上获得二等奖。这种通过QC活动,优化流程,提高效率的方法也可以被其他诸多行业借鉴。
