目的:探析无创产前基因检测在产科门诊的应用效果。方法:选取2014年9月-2015年9月我院产科门诊接受产前检查的216例孕妇为对照组,选择2015年10月-2016年10月我院产科门诊接受产前检查的220例孕妇为观察组。对照组孕妇接受传统产前检测诊断,观察组孕妇接受无创产前基因检测,对两组孕妇的检测结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组孕妇的诊断阳性率明显高于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孕妇在结果准确性、并发症发生率上对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组孕妇的检测费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产科门诊的临床诊断中,传统的产前检测技术仍有不可替代的应用优势,但相对于传统产前检查,无创产前基因检测技术更加方便,且更容易被孕妇接受。在分子生物学不断发展的过程中,无创产前基因检测技术可成为一种非侵入性的产前检查诊断技术,为胎儿和孕妇的健康提供科学保障。
Objective: To explore the effect of non-invasive prenatal genetic testing in obstetrics and gynecology clinic. Methods: A total of 216 pregnant women undergoing antenatal examinations from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected as the control group, and 220 pregnant women receiving antenatal examinations from October 2015 to October 2016 in our obstetric clinic were selected. For the observation group. Control group of pregnant women to accept the traditional prenatal diagnosis, observation group of pregnant women receiving non-invasive prenatal genetic testing, the two groups of pregnant women test results were compared. Results: The positive rate of diagnosis in pregnant women in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the accuracy of results and the incidence of complications P> 0.05). The detection cost of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology clinic, traditional prenatal detection technology still has irreplaceable application advantages. However, compared with traditional prenatal examination, noninvasive prenatal genetic testing technique is more convenient and easier to be accepted by pregnant women. In the continuous development of molecular biology, noninvasive prenatal genetic testing can become a noninvasive technique for prenatal diagnosis and provide scientific support for the health of fetuses and pregnant women.
