为了解公职人员心脏疾患发生情况，在1995－1996年间，用单纯整群抽样法取样对广州市部分社区701例对象进行心电图测查。结果：心电图异常率高达47．1％；ST－T改变这10．7％，其中，N年龄≥40岁者占80．0％，改变最多；窦性心律不齐为8．0％，其中20岁组段占39．3％；心电图异常率随年龄增大而呈升高趋势（P＜0．05）。结论：N年龄≥40岁者，冠状动脉疾患应是保健的重点；20岁组段窦性心律不齐则应减轻工作、精神压力。 In order to understand the occurrence of cardiac diseases among public officials, during the period from 1995 to 1996, sampling of 701 subjects in some communities in Guangzhou was performed using simple cluster sampling. Results: The abnormal rate of ECG was as high as 47.1%; ST-T was changed by 10.7%. Among them, N age ≥ 40 years accounted for 80.0%, with the most change; sinus arrhythmia was 8.0%, of which The 20-year-old group accounted for 39.3%; the abnormal rate of ECG increased with age (P<0.05).
