通过对连云港农科院籼稻资源和外引杂交稻进行黑条矮缩病抗性分析,结果发现,水稻黑条矮缩病的抗性基因具有显性抗性基因效应。高抗水稻黑条矮缩病的种质占3.53%(发病率低于5%)。杂交稻中引杂4和引杂26表现出高度抗黑条矮缩病。这些抗性资源将有利于水稻黑条矮缩病的抗性育种工作的进行。
Resistance analysis of indica rice and introduced hybrid rice in Lianyungang Academy of Agricultural Sciences showed that the resistance gene of rice black-streaked dwarf disease has dominant resistance gene effect. Germplasm with high resistance to black-streaked dwarf disease accounted for 3.53% (incidence less than 5%). Heterozygous hybrids 4 and Hetero hybrids 26 showed highly resistant to black-striped dwarf disease. These resistant resources will be conducive to the resistance breeding of rice black-streaked dwarf disease.
