在自行研制的100kW超导电机中,有一个零件是气隙外管,其内径Φ55.2+0.03+0.08mm,外径为Φ57.3+0.020mm和Φ57.2+0.030mm(壁厚仅1mm),同轴度Φ0.01mm,长360mm,是阶梯不锈钢薄壁管。该薄壁细长管加工十分困难。在研制中,采用数控立铣切削加工薄壁管内孔,再用自行开发研制的“灌沙式涨胎心轴”装夹后,用车削加工薄壁管的外圆。实际生产证明:该方法的工艺简单,工装简便,易于实施,可推广应用于薄壁细长管的切削加工。
