地铁1号线区间隧道施工中因盾构推进方向的调整,导致原地铁车站端头井外加固区不能满足盾构出洞要求。1号盾构在黄陂路车站西端井至陕西路车站东端井区间隧道掘进中,鉴于3.5m厚深层搅拌桩加固不足的特定条件相应制定了盾构出洞方案,实践证明切实可行。本文着重闸述该方案的原理与实际施工中采取的相应技术措施,并提出了回填土方的技术要求。相信会对地铁其它盾构之不足7m厚加固区出洞有所裨益。
Due to the adjustment of the shield propulsion direction during the construction of Metro Line 1 tunnel, the reinforced area outside the original well of the former metro station can not meet the requirements of shield tunneling. Shield No. 1 In the tunneling from the west end of Huangpi Road Station to the east end of Shaanxi Road Station, the shield tunneling scheme was worked out in view of the specific conditions of insufficient reinforcement of the 3.5m deep deep mixing pile. Practice has proved that it is feasible. This article focuses on the principle of the program and the corresponding technical measures taken in actual construction, and puts forward the technical requirements of backfill earthwork. It is believed that it will be beneficial to find a hole in a 7m-thick reinforced area for other shields of the MTR.
