社会经济的不断进步,带动各个行业的飞速发展,其中建筑行业的发展也不容小觑。但是,由于我国建筑工程管理制度不完善、管理不当等原因,一直落后于国外。当前为了控制建筑工程的管理,首先要做的就是控制建筑工程造价管理,而控制建筑工程造价管理的首要任务就是控制建筑工程造价管理预算编制。通过分析建筑工程造价超预算的原因,即工程造价编制不合理、未能全面影响考虑建筑工程造价因素、施工图不熟悉、未能严格控制工程造价管理、各个阶段未衔接好等,从而制定出相应的解决方案,严格控制工程造价预算。
