目的改进黄芪注射液薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法和黄芪甲苷测定方法。方法 TLC方法中增加黄芪对照药材和毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D葡萄糖苷对照品指标。定量测定方法中,采用高效液相色谱仪-蒸发光散射器(HPLC-ELSD)直接测定样品。色谱柱为C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30)。结果可增加黄芪对照药材和毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D葡萄糖苷对照品两个鉴别对照。黄芪甲苷进样量在0.404μg~16.16μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998 5);平均回收率(n=9)为98.6%,RSD为1.9%。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,简便快速,准确可靠。
Objective To improve the identification method of Astragalus membranaceus and Astragaloside by Astragalus membranaceus injection. Methods TLC method to increase Astragalus and curcumin isoflavones -7-O-β-D-glucoside reference substance indicators. In the quantitative determination method, the sample was directly measured by a high-performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light diffuser (HPLC-ELSD). The column was C18 and the mobile phase was methanol-water (70:30). Results can be increased Astragalus medicine and calycosin -7-O-β-D-glucoside reference two identification control. Astragaloside glycosides showed good linearity (r = 0.998 5) in the range of 0.404μg ~ 16.16μg; the average recovery (n = 9) was 98.6% and the RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion The method is highly specific, sensitive, simple, fast, accurate and reliable.
